FIT

If you do not absolutely love your shoes, for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.

If your shoes don’t fit, we will gladly exchange them for a new pair. Please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the item. You can email us with your order number at info@espadril.com to get started on your exchange.

You will need to return the item to us, in unworn and undamaged condition, via courier or registered mail before we can arrange a credit note.
Once we receive the item back, we'll process and email your credit note. The shipping cost will be deducted from your credit note.



FAULT

All our espadrilles are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. If your shoes incur any unfortunate damage due to manufacturing within 30 days, we will gladly exchange them with a new pair.

Our espadrilles are entirely hand made with lots of love. Any difference in the colour or physical aspect is due to their artisan nature.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Espadrilles have a life span, they won’t last forever. Please read our Care Instructions.

Customised shoes are made to order; therefore we won’t accept any exchanges unless the items are faulty or do not fit. You will need to return the item to us, in unworn and undamaged condition, via courier or registered mail before we can arrange a credit note.  Once we receive the item back, we'll process and email your credit note. The shipping cost will be deducted from your credit note.
